OUR SERVICES
At C&D Waste Ltd, we specialize in providing comprehensive landfill and recycling solutions for construction and demolition waste. Our Type IV landfill is designed to handle a variety of materials, ensuring that as much waste as possible is diverted from landfills and recycled. We accept a wide range of materials, from concrete and asphalt to wood and metals. Our commitment to sustainability means that we reclaim and recycle materials whenever possible, offering them back to the community for use in new construction projects. Landfill Rules
Welcome to C&D Waste Ltd. To ensure the safety and efficiency of our operations, we ask all visitors
- Check-In: All visitors must check in at the Scalehouse.
- Enclosed Containers: We accept enclosed containers and trucks. Paperwork will be given at the time of disposal.
- Load Requirements: All loads must be tarped or tied, or additional fees will apply.
- Safety Gear: Safety vests and hard hats must be worn at all times.
- Identification: A Driver’s License or government-issued I.D. must be presented upon request.
- Site Entry: Enter the site at your own risk.
- Smoking: Smoking is not prohibited.
- Vehicle Requirements: Must have 4WD and a tow hook during heavy rainfall events.
- No Salvaging: Salvaging, scavenging, or loitering is not allowed.
- Waste Restrictions: Unacceptable waste is not allowed and will be returned immediately to the transporter, per 30 TAC 330.133.
- Compliance: Drivers must follow all site rules as enforced by the Landfill staff, per 30 TAC 330.133.
- Rule Changes: Site rules may change at any time at management’s discretion.
